Your product specifications, should contain the following information listed below, but not limited to: Your company name, contact person information, product name, product description, detailed measurements, detailed material information "construction" (if the project has several different materials or components, pls itemise and list the various material information, e.g. material name, colour, weight, material properties)
Quantity: Pls provide approx monthly quantities.
Packaging: Pls advise if there are any special requirements.
Manufacturing Terms: FOB, CIF, CNF, LDP, (for door-to-door quotations, pls provide the city and postcode)
Shipping requirements: Air, Sea
Product Image: Pls provide, sketches or images of your product in one of the following format: Jpeg or Gif
Date: Pls advise the expected production and delivery dates
