Quality Assurance

Chinese manufacturers are making great strives in improving their product and service quality – and in many fields they are already capable of meeting world-class quality standards. However, like in the West too, there are always issues that arise, from raw material sourcing to fabrication concerns. Furthermore, one may face problems that are endemic to the situation in China (facilities). Important is that such issues are managed as soon and as effectively as possible.

Therefore, it’s very important to have quality assured from sampling to the final product by someone who can be on site and understands the clients’ quality requirements.

What We Do

As a China sourcing company we have built up a reputation over the years for our quality systems. Our staff work closely with clients and suppliers to ensure that quality requirements are met. We can coordinate with our clients to implement a specific internal or 3rd-party QC standard and can provide full certifications from internationally recognized inspection companies.

China Merchandise applies stringent quanlity controls both during production and prior to shipping. Quality control

dramatically decrease defect rates in the final production check correct problems before they occur prevent costly delivery delays from post-production correction of defective goods or re-manufacturing the entire batch

Contract of Assurance

All suppliers and factories which work with China Merchandise are bound by contract, our contracts clearly outline the procedure and recompense should quality issues arise.

Integrity of Employee

No employee of China Merchandise is allowed to accept any gift or favour, for personal or family gain, from any of the company's customers or suppliers. Failure to comply with this principle will result in immediate dismissal of the employee.

All employees of China Merchandise are responsible for reporting any corrupt offer made to them or involving the company. Failure to comply with this principle will result in immediate dismissal of the employee.

No employee of China Merchandise shall, directly or through intermediaries, acquire an interest in a supplier, customer or competitor of China Merchandise.

Conflicts of interests or the appearance of conflicts of interests in business transactions should be avoided.
